Our affordable studio and 1 bedroom apartments were renovated in 2014 with all new flooring, cabinetry, and appliances including a front-load washer and dryer.  They all have a single-story layout, private entrances, and patios, as well as plenty of storage space.  The studios also conveniently offer built-in furniture and extra cabinetry.
