National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

Provides funding & coordination for persons with disabilities. Services include service coordination, resource information & referrals for services including state & federal programs. Funding for mental health & community-based services are also available for those who qualify.

Care coordination of services which helps individuals with disabilities in gaining access to appropriate housing, medical, & social, vocational, and educational services. To qualify persons must have a qualifying mental health diagnosis and full Medicaid.

Jennifer Kramer is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). Connect Counseling works with ages 16 and older. The focus is helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and self-harming behaviors. The modalities that Jennifer uses and is trained in are EMDR, DBT, CBT, and HeartMath. Jennifer enjoys helping others connect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Howerton Child and Family Therapy provides mental health therapy to children ages 2-18. The primary modality is play therapy Kristi Howerton is a registered play therapist, as wellbeing trained in using EMDR therapy.  Accepted insurances include Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare.   

Outpatient evaluation & treatment including OWI evaluations, DUI classes, substance abuse treatment programs (including co-occurring substance abuse/mental health disorders) for children & adults, socialization, anger management, & employment training programs.

Certified Domestic Violence Advocates are available 24/7 to offer crisis support, help victims find safe solutions statewide, answer questions, and provide resource referrals.

The Warm Line is a Peer run, telephone-based, non-crisis, confidential listening line for anyone struggling with mental health or substance use issues. The line is staffed 24/7 by people who have been through a similar journey and are in recovery themselves. The Warm Line can…. • Give support for individuals not requiring crisis management. Addiction treatment

Wraparound spectrum of services intended to increase access to mental health and substance use care for consumers of all ages in Jasper County. Consumers who have encountered barriers to seeking medication management, therapy, case management, or peer support services are eligible for each of these services offered in home, free of charge.

A family preservation movement motivated by hospitality, generosity, & compassion to keep children safe and families together. We bring church and community together mobilizing an army of volunteers to advocate for vulnerable children and socially isolated families.
