Adventure Pass

Iowa Libraries Adventure Pass - see locations available

  • Newton, Baxter, and Prairie City Public Libraries offer the Iowa Libraries Adventure Pass, a service that provides free family passes to local museums and attractions! Adult library patrons* may check out a pass using their valid Public Library card and a valid photo ID. Passes provide free admission for two adults and two children. Additional attendees will be required to pay regular admission. Passes are good for the following locations: Blank Park ZooScience Center of IowaGreater Des Moines Botanical GardenDes Moines Children's Museum
  • Please note: Access to the Adventure Pass from the Newton Public Library is available to Newton and rural Jasper County residents only. Multiple area libraries are also part of the Iowa Adventure Pass program, so please check with your local library to see if this service is available in your community. You may reserve one pass per venue every 365 days. Please check with the venue directly to confirm their open hours, prior to reserving your pass.
