For Immunization Resources, please check out the Immunization Action Coalition website.
At this time, we only offer the VFC (Vaccine for Children).
Please check with your physician for immunizations.
Please call 641-787-9224 and have the following information available during the call: Child's social security number and previous shot records
There is a $10 administration fee per child per immunizations. We will bill Medicaid. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
Find more information about vaccine programs on the Center for Disease Control website.
In order for a child to qualify for this program, he or she must be 18 years or younger and meet one of the following requirements: Medicaid-eligible, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Uninsured, Underinsured (defined as a child with health insurance, but the benefit plan does not include routine immunizations).
If you need immunization and have insurance or are over age 18, please check with your physician or local pharmacy.
We love books! We try to incorporate other learning with the immunizations clinics also! We gladly accept donations to purchase new books to give to children.
