IAC Chapter 15 establishes minimum safety and water quality standards and requirements for the construction and operation of swimming pools and spas.
Jasper County Environmental Health is required by contract to inspect all licensed pool and spa facilities within Jasper County annually and as needed or on a complaint basis.
